Social Distancing Satori Chocolate Cream Pie

Recipe and photography by Mike Glazer and Mary Jane Gibson @weedandgrub

There’s something comforting about a great slice of pie. And we could all use a little comfort while we stay safely at home. We’re learning a new way to celebrate 420 while social distancing: making delicious infused dishes to enjoy during virtual hangouts with friends. This pie is perfect for a little 420 celebration: it’s rich and delicious, easy to whip up, and great with a cup of coffee (we like it for breakfast — no judgement here!). Your tastebuds will have a great time — and your other buds will definitely be asking you for the recipe.
